Our simple lemon dill carrot salad brings a punch of delicious flavors that you and your household can enjoy all year round!
15 ¼ oz. fresh grated carrots
1 7/8 tbsp. mayonnaise
2 7/8 tsp. olive oil
2 7/8 tsp. lemon juice
1 ½ tbsp. minced parsley
1 ¾ tsp. dill
¼ tsp. salt
5/8 tsp. black pepper
- Steam carrots until tender. About 10-15 minutes.
- Combine mayonnaise, olive oil, lemon juice, parsley, dill, salt and pepper in large bowl.
- Once combined, add carrots and mix together. Chill before serving.
