For the last few years, Alex has opted for donations to Feed More instead of birthday presents. Collecting boxes and cans of food and holding an online fundraiser with the help of his awesome mom Abby, this young man has made quite the difference, and had some serious fun doing it!
And this year, Alex took his online fundraiser to the next level with a matching challenge – you can check out his giving page here! This generous soul matched every donation made during a one-day fundraising blitz with money he had saved up – talk about a giving heart!
With the support of his community, Alex’s 12th birthday fundraiser collected more than 100 pounds of food, and raised funds to help us distribute more than 5,500 meals to his neighbors in their time of need!
The future is looking mighty bright with young folks like Alex leading the charge and we are beyond grateful for, and even more humbled by, the continued support.
