Donating your time is a great way to get to know your community, learn new skills – and we promise you’ll get back far more than you give!
Volunteer at Feed More
From preparing ingredients for the made-from-scratch meals we make each day in our Bayard Community Kitchen to delivering medically tailored Meals on Wheels for our homebound neighbors struggling with hunger and much more, you can make a positive difference for those we serve!
We’re especially in need of Meals on Wheels volunteer delivery drivers in Richmond, Manchester and Highland Springs.

Volunteer at the Kroger Community Kitchen Garden
And if you’re interested in rolling up your sleeves and helping to grow fresh produce for the neighbors we serve, consider volunteering at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden‘s Kroger Community Kitchen Garden!
Whether you plant rows of tender seedlings, water bushels of colorful peppers or pick seasonal fruits and veggies, there are so many ways to get involved and lend a hand!
For more information about available opportunities, email TJ Oliver, lead horticulturalist at the Kroger Community Kitchen Garden, at: tjo@lewisginter.org.
