What happens next?
Thank you! Once the application is received, the applicant will receive a letter with information on how to schedule an intake screening phone call with a care manager located the applicant’s community. Additionally, the applicant will be contacted by a care manager from Feed More to ensure they have access to other resources that may be helpful.
If the applicant has an immediate need for food, please call the Feed More Help Line at 804-237-8617 and someone will connect them to nearby food pantries and other additional resources.
