Kick your romantic meal off with a colorful layered hummus dip topped with all kinds of delicious veggies that will make it more flavorful and fun! This simple dish will take just a few minutes to put together by taking a carton of your favorite hummus and spreading it in a bowl. Layer with chopped vegetables like red onion, cucumber, olives, grape tomatoes and a little bit of crumbled feta cheese to finish it off. Serve with pita chips and enjoy!
Lighten up a favorite Italian dish by substituting pasta for spaghetti squash. Cut the squash in half, add some olive oil, salt and pepper to each side and bake face up on high heat in the oven for a half hour.
