It was another amazing year for CANstruction! From the Governor’s Mansion to Main Street Station and the Science Museum of Virginia, the city of Richmond was on full display with this year’s theme of Virginia historical places.
Each design was constructed entirely out of canned goods and other nonperishable foods. An incredible feat that continues to impress our community year after year. Feed More was thrilled to once again receive all of the cans used in each structure from the competition, which was more than 26,000 pounds! This generous donation will be distributed through our many programs and Agency Network to your neighbors in need.
We want to send a big thank you to all of the firms that competed this year, along with the Virginia Museum of History and Culture for hosting this year’s event. We are truly grateful for your continued support!
CANstruction will return next year for another stunning display of architectural fun. A big congratulations to all of the winners- everyone did an incredible job!
