Food Lion Donates Meals to Jump-start Stamp Out Hunger

What: Food Lion Feeds will partner with FeedMore and the National Association of Letter Carriers to help jump-start the annual Stamp Out Hunger food drive by donating 7,800 meals in celebration of the start of the campaign. The donation is intended to help FeedMore and the National Association of Letter Carriers inspire regional residents to donate to the Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive on Saturday, May 13. To participate, residents have to simply fill bags with nonperishable food donations and leave the food out by their mailbox by 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 13 for the carriers to collect.
